STAR HOTEL ROMA

“Pessima”

The location is well connected to Termini station, the B metro stop, and several bus stops. However, the room was poorly cleaned: a strong, lingering urine smell in the bathroom, used underwear from previous guests, and a lot of dust in many areas.

The location was decent, but everything else was terrible. The place was neglected, the sheets were dirty and never changed, the towels were unclean and never replaced (we stayed 4 nights), the toilet didn’t work, there was no hot water, there was a fridge but no outlet to power it. Very disappointing, not worth the money.

Everything was fine. Thanks.

“il prezzo non vale la camera”

The sheets had two holes. Hygiene was poor. The bathroom had no toilet paper. The bathroom cabinets were broken and covered in dust.

“Very Outdated, Dirty and Disappointing Accommodation”

The receptionist was friendly. The place doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. It is an old building with a tiny lift that can barely fit two people. There is even a notice on the lift door stating that it can accommodate two people without luggage or just one person with luggage. The facilities are extremely outdated. The bathroom and toilet were very old and dirty. The shower curtain was yellow from the dirt, and we were so put off by its condition that we didn’t use the shower at all. The dishes provided were also covered in stains and did not look properly clean. We chose this accommodation because of its rating of 7, but after experiencing the condition and cleanliness of the place, I honestly don’t understand how it received such a rating. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and far below our expectations
