“Lovely stay at this pretty hotel.”

The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The distance to the train and bus stops isn’t great, so public transit isn’t super convenient, though it’s not a horrible walk.

The staff are very friendly, the food is good, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The room was only cleaned every second day.

“Schönes Hotel mit langer Tradition in perfekter Lage!”

The location in Garmisch’s quiet residential area is ideal, and the hotel’s exterior architecture looks very nice. The spa and wellness area is spacious, and the staff are friendly. However, part of the infrastructure feels a bit dated, making the room rates quite high. One section of the breakfast buffet is in a pass‑through area where you sometimes have to stand on your feet.

“beste Mitarbeiter, bestes Frühstück, bester Wellnessbereich, das Zimmer fiel dagegen ab”

Alle Mitarbeiter, ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder im Wellnessbereich waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch der Teamspirit untereinander scheint absolut zu stimmen. Das verströmt eine positive Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus, die man als Gast sehr positiv spürt. Das Frühstück und der Wellnessbereichwaren absolut topp! Schöner geht es nicht!. Als Einzelreisenden habe ich für einen sehr stattlichen Übernachtungspreis nur ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett im Dachgeschoss erhalten, das zudem nahe irgendeiner Lüftung lag, die die ganze Nacht brummte. Zu schlafen war daher für mich eher schwierig
