The location was great, close to a very walkable downtown with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and several boutique theaters. The washer and dryer were broken.

The place was very clean and smelled great. The location was a drawback; it was hard to reach the freeway when leaving, especially during peak traffic.

The breakfast with Dixon was fine. When we woke up, we saw cigarette holes and what looked like a blood stain on the sheets. We threw everything away that morning, and when we told the front‑desk staff, she didn’t seem to care much.
