I didn’t stay there. They double booked me through the app, so I cancelled what I thought was my only booking, only to find out I had been charged twice and after almost five weeks I still haven’t been refunded, let alone the two bookings. Support from both the motel and the app was poor; when I reached out I was told it was nothing to do with them, even though the double booking and lack of refunds came through their system. Communication was bad, help was useless, and overall it was a mess.

The place was dirty and outdated, and they rationed towels badly—three people in a room but we only received two washcloths and a large towel.

Absolutely nothing good. It was disgusting; the staff threatened and intimidated us after my father was harassed, and we had to leave because my little brother and sister were terrified.
