The staff were lovely, the location great, and the building and rooms were beautiful.

The property sits just a few steps from Longiano’s center, offering a nice view from the upper‑floor rooms and the garden. There are two parking lots adjacent to the building. Self‑check‑in is convenient. Breakfast is excellent, served from 7 am, featuring homemade cakes and also savory options. Wifi is fast, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bed is cozy. The only downside is that rooms facing the street pick up car noise.

Spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms, great location just a few steps from the historic center, private parking, delightful homemade pastries for breakfast, and the staff were super friendly – I felt very comfortable.
