Wonderful staff who made you feel very welcome with nothing being too much trouble. The location was perfect for walking through the parks and for the sights such as Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. Just 2mins walk to the theatre for ‘Cabaret’

We paid for a room we never received because the A/C didn’t work, so we were moved to a tiny room with a queen bed.
