The room was comfortable and clean, the sauna was great, breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. If you’re returning from skiing without a car, you’ll need to walk a bit uphill to the hotel, though they usually provide a pick‑up service.

The service from the very kind staff was excellent, the wellness area is spacious, and overall this is a very good hotel even by Obertauern standards.
