The staff were excellent, the pool was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were beautiful, but the fridge in the room made noise.

Even though we booked a central room through Booking, we were given a far‑away room that was completely different from what we had requested, and after filing a complaint with Booking we received no refund. The bathroom also had no bidet.

However, some rooms lacked a bidet, the adjacent resort was inconveniently split by two gates instead of a single entrance, which should be clarified at booking.
