मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The staff were very polite and quick to respond, yet the rooms and bathrooms felt very old; the bedroom floor was sticky and damp even though it seemed freshly mopped, and the bathroom emitted a strange odor.

The receptionist always greeted questions with a smile and a helpful attitude, the place was consistently clean, and the power sockets worked fine unlike other hotels, but the prices were high and the hotel was always full; more rooms would be welcome.

The reception team went above and beyond to help, but it was disappointing that the hotel opens straight onto the street with no sidewalk.

The place is well situated, the room is comfortable, and the staff are helpful, but the bathroom floor is slippery.
