The rooms were lovely and clean; I was upgraded and chose to have breakfast in my bedroom. However, there was no fridge in the room, and when I booked, they charged me again at check‑in; after noticing two pending payments, the receptionist refunded the extra charge back to my card.

Everything was extremely comfortable and the staff were amazing; I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and they went above and beyond to make the day special, making for a lovely, relaxing stay around Bangor.

The room was clean and the staff were great, which helped me sleep well. However, the air conditioning was missing, leaving the room very warm.
