The host is very kind and helpful. The rooms need updating; the double room lacks a chandelier and only has light on the dresser and nightstand. There are many stairs that are not indicated in the listing.

The service was excellent, the welcome perfect, the room spotless and totally comfortable; I highly recommend it even for families with small children, and the kitchen corner is available, with a fridge in the room and another shared one downstairs.

Its proximity to the highway exit and the convenience of nearby bars, slice pizza, and shops that are also walkable are major pluses.

The room was large, spacious, cool, well-ventilated, and had a balcony. However, at night the bathroom access from the single bed was dark and risky for falls, and the other guests were noisy.
