Breakfast was decent, nothing special—typical European. The advertised spa was very small, the pool was crowded, and the hammam lacked a proper couple’s area.

Everything was perfect; thank you. Upon arrival, the chef of the restaurant was very available and helped my colleague and me while waiting for his superior, and he was great the next day as well. The maître d’hôtel was very attentive, and our event went smoothly. The only downside was the reception when we checked out. I was finalizing my check‑out because we had a train to catch and wanted to settle quickly before my colleague arrived. The front desk hostess left me in the middle of the exchange to attend another client, without a single apology or a look in my direction. When I expressed my surprise, her attitude stayed cold and unfriendly, which sharply contrasted with the rest of our stay. For a hotel of this standing, courtesy and service at reception are essential, and I hope this feedback will be taken into account.
