Perfect spot for concerts and games at Nubank Park, just across the street. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The doorman was attentive and the parking is very convenient. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel, which makes everything even easier. Absolutely recommend!

Being right across from the NU event made the location a real plus, and the à‑la‑carte breakfast was surprisingly good. Unfortunately the flat left a lot to be desired – the towel and pillowcases were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the curtain was broken so daylight streamed in all night. A quick fix on the curtain and a better housekeeping run would have saved the stay.

The flat’s location and its cozy vibe were the main draws, especially after a long day. However, the cleaning missed the obvious spots – there was dust and grime under the bed and on the sofa that should’ve been cleared before arrival. It felt like the comfort was there, just not the hygiene.
