Great location and friendly staff. I really appreciated the bubbly in our room for our birthdays. I booked knowing it was an external bathroom but didn’t realise it was down the hall. I also didn’t realise we were up 4 flights of stairs as there was no elevator and we really struggled with our luggage.

A perfect spot right in the heart of Florence’s historic centre; the building itself has a lot of charm but you’ll need a decent amount of fitness to climb the stairs. The climb was a bit tough with a suitcase, yet the owner was very helpful and carried it for us.

The location was fantastic and the room was roomy and the staff were friendly. The lights didn’t turn on automatically as you descended the stairs, so one of us slipped.
