“ACONCHEGANTE”

The accommodation is wonderful, everything is very clean and cozy. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent and convenient, close to a market, bakery, pizzeria, and gas station, making everyday errands easy. For those visiting the Canyons, the spot is ideal, about 18 km from the access point. We would definitely stay again and recommend it without hesitation. I just wanted to give constructive feedback: because of the intense cold, the shower wasn’t heating well; perhaps the power needs adjusting. Otherwise, everything was great—thanks for the attention.

“Bom custo x benefício”

The place felt spacious overall, and the parking was right in front of the house. I should say, though, that it wasn’t a major complaint—just a small hiccup. I read a review that said the house was already heated when guests arrived, but we got there in August with a 7‑degree chill, so it was cold inside and took a while to warm up. One of the rooms had a broken heater, but the front desk guy fixed it quickly.

“solucionado”

The property left a lot to be desired. I booked it for the oven, but it didn’t work. The sink was leaking and they fixed it, but the closet had a damp smell. We slept one night there and then they moved us to a different place—no extra charge—at the Serra Verde hotel/pousada. On the bright side, the breakfast was amazing.

Everything was fantastic, except the shower. It only had a trickle of water during my stay, which was annoying. Other than that, everything was perfect!
