L'officina di Leo – Casale con giardino in Cagli offers an elegant guest house surrounded by a private garden and free Wi‑Fi. Ground‑floor suites provide en‑suite bathrooms with garden and mountain vistas, a dining table, work desk, kitchenette, washing machine, and parquet flooring. Complimentary on‑site parking, proximity to Urbino Cathedral, Telecabina Caprile Monte Acuto, and Grotte di Frasassi enhance the stay.

Parking is right at the entrance. The host is very friendly. Cagli is nearby. Many destinations can be reached quickly by car. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The garden can be shared. No criticism, just some notes: although many destinations are within walking distance, there are often no or only very narrow walkways around. A fee of 20€ for dogs was agreed in advance. The garden is unfortunately not fenced (this was never claimed otherwise).

The place is in an optimal spot, with plenty of space to park and great privacy. It’s far from the noise but still a few steps from every service. A great starting point to visit the regions. The only thing that could be improved is the outdoor lighting; the photocell doesn’t always work and you end up using your phone battery to open the lock.

The place is peaceful and the building looks modern and beautiful; Giusy and Leo pay close attention to what guests need, the garden is lovely, you can keep your motorcycle under “home”, and there are plenty of services for guests.

The location and quietness are great. I liked everything, but I would suggest adding a table with chairs outside to enjoy the beautiful, calm exterior, especially for those who want to relax. Also, given the high temperatures, an air conditioner would help.
