The hotel’s central location was a plus. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast because the hotel was insolvent and sold; all staff had been fired. This was my last booking with Booking, and I expected them to inform me. Because they didn’t, I realize how indifferent they are to customers.

The location was good for us specifically. The hotel is old but still tidy. We booked and paid for breakfast, but there was none. We were also greeted unfriendly and in a bad mood, with the explanation that the hotel had just been bought by an Indian conglomerate and the staff had been fired.
