Bed behaviour, ask for extra charges, room not clean, staff not responding, don't come at this hotel, waste of money. Nothing

Cost. Hygeine and cleaning missing, toilets not maintained,water, towel, etc had to be chased,,, not intercom,, bad smell in room, mats not available, broken furniture, hangers not available in cabinet, leaking taps, tv not working, ac remote not available

I had a really bad experience with this hotel - I felt like I was being scammed, and the reception staff seemed uneducated. I didn't like the staff at all, and it felt like they were trying to cheat me. Overall, it was a pretty terrible stay.

Nothing. Prices were higher than what I booked for. I booked it for rs. 670+taxes but hotel charges rs. 1244
