Got an upgrade right by the lake, but the mattress was too hard and the ventilation ran loudly for a long time (on the roof?).

The building sits on the lake shore, offering a beautiful view at sunrise. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception with parking (unfortunately far away) and handling luggage and bikes—though having to constantly ask for the key to open the bike garage is inconvenient; an electronic badge for the room would be much more convenient and faster, giving more independence. The room was on the top floor in the attic, poorly marked: you arrive at the third floor and don’t know where to go, then behind a door you finally see the only sign (clearly a second addition) indicating the direction: a spiral staircase, hardly convenient, especially with suitcases and various luggage, leading to the fourth and final floor. When you enter the room, the evacuation/safety board hanging on the door shows everything: it was originally a locker room, now converted into a room. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, but the furnishings are makeshift and not well preserved; the yellow faux‑leather sofa, besides clashing with the rest of the room, was quite damaged, and other parts of the plaster and finishes were also damaged. The bathroom is really painful: spacious but without a vacuum cleaner, there is a skylight but what about bad weather? The shower is the worst part: made of thin, wobbly, noisy plastic panels and even lower than an average‑sized person, due to the sloping roof—just make them fit to the ceiling. Not well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast was average, good choice between sweet and savory but the quality was uncertain and many buffet items were not listed (like fruit juices and cakes). For parking you have to fight with those in the area even if they’re a few hundred metres away. Given the price paid, especially in late October, I expected more.

The property was excellent, the staff kind and helpful. We stayed for dinner both nights, one of which we tried the pizza that was outstanding; intrigued we chose the restaurant and I must say the food was great. Nothing to complain about.

Personel bardzo pomocny we wszystkim. Bez problemu z uśmiechem sprostał każdemu wyzwaniu z naszej strony. Śniadania przepyszne. Czysto, lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Napewno wrócimy. Brak
