We really enjoyed our stay at Maruê Guest House! What we liked most was the intimate, peaceful vibe with the freedom of a home and personal, attentive service, very different from big hotel chains. Cris is a very caring host, always ready to help and share great local tips. That direct contact with someone who knows the place makes all the difference! Breakfast is simple but tasty and enough to start the day well. The tapiocas and couscous are made on the spot, and the kitchen girls are very kind and helpful. We also loved staying in Porto de Pedras for its tranquility, beautiful beaches, and the chance to learn more about local life. It was a choice that matched our travel style: freedom, simplicity, and closer experiences with people and the place.
