“An oasis of well-being in Targoviste”
I can wholeheartedly confirm the excellent reviews that many guests have left here. I have stayed in numerous hotels all over the world and have had many experiences – both positive and negative. Yet at this hotel, I felt at home from the very first moment: it is an oasis of well-being of the very highest standard. The moment you step inside the hotel, you’re pleasantly surprised, as the architecture and décor exude charm and style. The corridors, rooms and even the lounges are spotlessly clean and a delight in every respect. The room features a safe, a minibar and a fantastic bed, in which I spent two very restful nights. The rooms are inviting and practically furnished; I found everything I could possibly have wished for. I’d particularly like to highlight the breakfast buffet: egg dishes are freshly and perfectly prepared; there’s homemade jam, honey, butter in chunks (of the highest quality), various types of bread, a selection of muesli, cheese, fruit, juices and very good coffee. The breakfast room is very welcoming – there are even cloth napkins! I’d also like to mention the gentleman in the breakfast room, who is always on hand to help and presents the food and drinks with great attention to detail: BRAVO! It is, in the truest sense of the word, a real pleasure to have breakfast here. The hotel has its own patisserie, which meets even the highest standards: everything I tried was impeccable. Chindia Park is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are also good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Although the hotel is centrally located, it’s quiet at night; I never felt disturbed, and there are parking spaces in front of and next to the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that I only spent two nights here!
