Breakfast was very good and included. The facilities were nice. The restaurant offered a weight‑by‑weight lunch option. The room only had one accessible outlet; the other was behind the TV. The lighting was very weak.

The staff were polite, the rooms were good, the shower was very good, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. The location was excellent, with a shopping mall and market right next to it. I paid an extra night’s rate to check in at 6 am, but on that day the cleaning left something to be desired: they entered the room and changed the bath towels but left the beds messy. Some rooms were under renovation and produced a lot of noise, and the hotel sits on a very busy, noisy street, especially the room I stayed in.

Everything was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very polite. It could have been cheaper if you stayed with more people.

The location was good and the staff were polite. The fact that there was a bathtub was not a problem, just an unnecessary item that actually hindered more than helped.
