This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in: the geyser didn’t work, the AC was off, there was no proper water supply, and cockroaches swarmed my room; the staff were terrible, their response was awful, and overall it was a very bad experience—don’t book a room here. Everything was worst.

We didn’t like anything about them; they’re cowardly and dishonest, cheating people. It’s better to close their account. They cheated us under the pretext of early check‑in. We had requested it earlier and were told they had rooms, yet after each attempt they forced us to pay an extra 750 even though we said we’d check out that same day by 4 pm, showing they’re purely money‑minded. The beds were totally unclean, there was no hot water, and they didn’t even provide a water bottle.

The room looked very nice, like a 3‑star hotel. The stay was comfortable.

Worst cleaning ever—there was no cleaning at all, not even in the bathroom or room. No maintenance. Hair was even left in the washroom.
