A perfect stop before an early flight out of Haneda, the hotel was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast featuring both Western and Asian options. Free shuttles to all three terminals ran every 15 minutes. The rooms were tidy and cozy, ideal for the night before a return flight, and there were several restaurants nearby for late dinners.

I stayed the night before a trip to Taiwan. The staff service was just right. Breakfast was included, so I didn’t have to hunt for a restaurant right before the airport, which was a relief. The shuttle bus service was also a nice perk. I don’t see any negatives.

The station is close and the room was clean. The staff attitude was bad; even when asked, they replied while typing on their computers about twice. When I mentioned the coffee cup trash, they seemed annoyed to replace it. Comparing it to a luxury hotel is just unrealistic…

朝食は良かった. 室内の卓上鏡が使いづらく困った。洗面所では狭くてコスメを置きづらく室内で化粧したかったが、卓上鏡が役に立たなかった。
