Everything was fine overall, but the room felt cramped – I wish it had been a bit larger.

Absolutely awful experience – the place was a mess. The sheets were dirty, there were cobwebs, walls looked never swept, pillow covers stained with blood, a damp smell, weak lighting, and they kept tacking on extra fees. I paid for a towel that looked worn out, only got one thin blanket for Bogotá’s cold, and the staff acted lazy. To top it off, they kept pestering me on WhatsApp to check out even though I knew the checkout time. I’d stay nowhere near this hotel again.
The location is convenient, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired – especially the bathrooms, which were downright filthy.

The hotel was solid for the money; the price matched the size of the room and the bathroom, which was tiny but spotless. I liked that I could buy groceries and cook on the premises. The only downside was the room being a little dark, so I had to keep the lights on all the time, but otherwise I was happy.

Nothing positive to say. Staff were popping into rooms while I was in the shop or bathroom, even snapping photos in the bathroom. When I went to make the bed I found bottles of urine hidden on the mattress, apparently left by the night shift employee. Definitely not recommended.
