The location was great and the room felt very clean and roomy. Because the building is old, there’s no elevator, but the luggage lift was a real help. Renting golf carts or bikes from the property was handy for getting around. If you arrive after the office closes around 8 PM, they make late check‑in simple by leaving your key and information in a mailbox outside the office. We booked a harbor‑view room, but the view was only a very limited glimpse of the harbor, since the building is across the street from the water—so set your expectations accordingly if you’re paying for a harbor view. The Wi‑Fi never worked during our stay and cell service was basically nonexistent, so you might find yourself pretty disconnected. There was only one nightstand on one side of the bed, the TV was small with outdated channels and programming, and parking was difficult when arriving later at night because available spaces were limited.

“Great Stay”

The inn is excellent and the location is superb; I’ll definitely return.
