The hotel's location is good, but I ran into a wifi issue at first that only got fixed after about 3 hours of talking to a customer service agent. The door locking system on my room was unreliable, there was no microwave to heat food, no clear instructions for the heating system, and the windows wouldn’t lock properly.

I slept comfortably on a large bed, enjoyed a good value breakfast, liked the location, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the bathroom was tiny, had no window, and the extractor fan didn’t work.
