The staff were very helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the location was prime.

Breakfast always arrived cold and uncovered, and the washroom was a let‑down.

They gave me the wrong name and the hotel doesn’t exist where they claimed; they better not charge me. It wasn’t near MM Alam Road at all. After WhatsApping and calling, I found the building was called Hayat Palace and they said Gulberg was a different branch. When I booked it said 400 m near the Fred, but it was actually 4.5 km away. Disappointing. I left and the guest I had booked for never stayed. Please reimburse.
