“Disappointed ☹️ this time.”

The location is great and breakfast was good. I complained that room 422 upstairs was too hot; maintenance was told to come but never did. I went out, came back, it was even hotter, complained again but still no one arrived. I’m not sure if I’ll stay again; I’ve stayed before and it was great, hoping for a room change that never happened, so I’m dissatisfied this time.

“Would not stay here for the price and what we getting doesn't add up”

Toilet seat needed caulking every time we use it it will move it smelled like mildew. The bed was uncomfortable the floor. The rug smelt like damp and wets. The staff was nice but paying for parking was ridiculous and then the staff. They're too young to understand common sense and bookings. You could tell the housekeepers they never came to clean out your room while we stayed there or took out your trash. It was convenient for the place that I needed to get to but it wasn't worth all the money that I spent. It's giving motel 6 and then charging you like it's the Hyatt.
