“Deluso”
The location was perfect. I booked a Quadruple Deluxe room, but the description was completely false. There was no cleanliness, the sofas were dirty and stained, the bathroom had hair and dust. The wooden mezzanine had a strong mold and damp smell, unbearable and dangerous for allergy sufferers. It was noisy all night, the walls were not soundproofed as advertised. The air conditioning was loud and ineffective. The supposed double bed was actually two joined singles, very uncomfortable with a hole in the middle. It was impossible for four people. The photos were deceptive; money wasted. I strongly advise against it. I will never return.

The room cleaning was terrible. The Mediterranean breakfast didn’t exist—just one coffee and one croissant. There was no coffee machine in the room, so I had to climb two steep flights of stairs in the morning to get a coffee. It only takes a little to improve the service: a hearty breakfast, even if the bar quality is minimal.
