Just the breakfast room with a view of the impeccably maintained castle park is extraordinary. The breakfast selection overall is good, but the sausage and cheese variety could be more diverse. The nut offering for the “Müsli” could also be expanded. For those who appreciate solid comfort combined with peaceful tranquility, this hotel is ideal, especially since Neuhardenberg itself is a bit remote. Our business room, including a bathroom, was in modern, well‑maintained condition. It’s understandable that our governments also feel at home here again and again.

The bed was fine and the breakfast was good, but the heating hadn't started yet, so the room was cold with an outside temperature of 18 °C and a single-digit night temperature.

The breakfast buffet could be called excellent or extraordinary, and the staff in all service areas were very courteous, exceptionally friendly, yet professional.
