The Queen Room – Disability Access is fully accessible via an elevator and provides a clean, safe environment with no smoking. It sleeps two guests and can accommodate an extra bed and a crib, while the private bathroom includes a walk‑in shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer; the room is air‑conditioned and features parquet and tiled flooring. Entertainment options include a flat‑screen TV with cable channels.

They do have an elevator, but the place was filthy, smelled bad, the sheets were stained, the blankets dirty with spots and cigarette burns. When we arrived the AC was off; I asked for the floor to be cleaned and they turned the AC off again, the fan was noisy. I can’t recommend it, especially for families; I booked a room for four people and they only provided three towels, which made the room feel depressing.

The shower curtain was too short so water would leak out, the sink was falling apart, the blanket and bed sheets had holes and stains, and we even spotted a few cockroaches.
“We stayed for 4th of July and it met our expectations,.”
