Phone support resolved our doubts instantly; the cleaner arrived early and spoke very loudly on the phone and to others, ignoring others’ rest. I missed a broom and mop because no one came to clean during the 5 days we stayed, so we had to do it ourselves. The listing should make it clearer that the kitchen is shared; I didn’t understand that until I arrived. The location is great, close to supermarkets.

I liked the place, the rooms, and how easy it was to get to the center and a calm spot. The downside was that no one was there to receive us.

Clean and orderly, the neighborhood is quiet and everything is close—25 minutes on foot to the center. The room is smaller than the photos show, and the bathroom door doesn’t seal well.
