Had stayed here 29-31 August, lovely hotel. Stayed again 5-7 booked through the hotel as could not accommodate 6-7. Cancelled my reservation 6-7, as was staying 5-7 through hotel. Booking. Con failed to inform hotel. Despite communicating with both parties no refund for something which was not my fault. Appalling
