Everything was fine, but I didn’t like that the rigor didn’t meet my expectations.

The room was fine and the breakfast was quiet, the staff dinner was decent, but the security really let me down. I left R$5,000 in the drawer and when I got back after lunch the next day, R$200 had vanished. I told the front desk, they said they'd get back to me, then flat‑out refused a refund – I’m filing an online police report from Palmares, PE.

Great spot with plenty of green space, pools and kid‑friendly options, plus a solid breakfast spread. It also gives easy access to Água Park, Engenho São Pedro and the Casa do Papai Noel, and sits right in the central part of town.

This inn is top‑notch – great location, friendly staff, a super comfy, well‑laid‑out room and a lovely garden balcony. The only drawbacks are that the parking lot is a ways from the rooms, which can be tough for anyone with mobility issues, and the canal that runs through the property sometimes brings a foul smell, though it stays near the water and never reaches the rooms.
