The bed was large, the room felt comfortable in terms of space, and the air cooled quite well. The area is not very pleasant because it’s in the center of Cúcuta; if the room is on the first floor, you hear a lot of noise from people at the reception, and the mattress is a bit hard.

The service and cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with requests. The location is close to Dian and shops, and they let us check in early as a priority.

The staff were quite friendly. I was assigned a room that was supposedly “clean,” but the pillows had a gentleman’s hair on them; the bathrooms weren’t in optimal condition, showing that the cleaning was superficial rather than deep; they tried to charge me VAT even though I wasn’t a national and showed me my passport, and they wouldn’t honor the Booking price. I heard loud noise all night, like a water pump, which kept me from sleeping. The mattress felt like a stone, as if the springs were broken. In short, a very bad experience.
