The place was very quiet, exactly what we needed. It was fun exploring the tiny village with its two well‑maintained farms and the new family houses, as well as walking in the forest and fields. The view of the gentle hills of Lower Bavaria was fantastic. Nothing to complain about – everything was spotless, tidy, well‑structured and harmoniously decorated.

A beautifully restored farmhouse with clean, lovely rooms and a fantastic breakfast in a great setting. Erika Jakob turned her grandparents’ farm into a wonderful gem. She was incredibly warm – we’ll definitely return! No negatives.

Erika is such a warm person and she’s turned her parents’ house into a cozy retreat. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and the breakfast was more than ample, lovingly presented. We had a pleasant chat and she was always reachable for questions. Overall, very nice.
