The staff are very friendly and caring.

The location is about a 10‑minute walk from the night market on a quiet road, and the swimming pool is nice. Breakfast food is great, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms with a bathtub that was absolutely huge, like a cross between a bath and a plunge pool. The back area where the bus tub is has a plastic roof, so it gets noisy when it rains. There are only three loungers by the pool and cocktails are very limited. Another hotel nearby with almost the same name can easily cause confusion—Loy / Loyy.

It’s a nice quiet option for visiting Chiang Mai. The small hotel was clean and all fine. The pool was great for cooling off after exploring the city.
