The location and facilities were good, but the staff seemed uninterested, and it was disappointing that you have to pay to use the other beach.

The location and lack of children were positives, yet my visit left a bad impression: the area looked tired with dull colors, withered trees, and a general sense of abandonment; the staff seemed exhausted and not very welcoming, answering questions tersely without smiles; there was almost no entertainment, no animation at all; the gym was dirty, with old equipment in need of replacement; the spa was outdated and overpriced for the quality of service; there were many flies and mosquitoes on the premises and in the rooms, ruining the stay; the beach loungers and poolside chairs were old and worn; the restaurant felt like an ancient cafeteria with outdated furniture and dishes, and the menu offered mediocre options; overall, the food was lacking; the word “premium” did not match the actual level of the hotel; in short, I do not recommend this place and will not return.

We’ve stayed here many times because we love the setup: a relaxed atmosphere, great rooms, well laid out with beautiful grounds, but we had to leave due to a negative experience.

The place was spotless, quiet, and offered great privacy.

We went four times, and this year it got worse; there's nothing to do, the staff service is poorer, they even hire kids. The beach has no entertainment. I had to wait 10 minutes for a spoon. It used to be much better.
