The spot is great, the staff is friendly, breakfast tastes good, and there are two elevators with a lake view.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. When we arrived, we found a filthy toilet seat covered in human waste in one of the bathrooms. We reported it to the staff, but even after an employee visited, the toilet was still not cleaned, so I had to do it myself. The whole situation made everyone feel very uncomfortable. During breakfast, almost none of us could eat because what we found in the room had completely taken our appetite. Cleanliness is one of the most important things a hotel should maintain, and it is an absolute baseline that every guest expects. At checkout we raised the issue with management, but no compensation was offered. After further discussions through an intermediary, the hotel offered an amount that didn’t even cover the cost of one of our rooms. The lack of basic hygiene and the way the hotel handled the situation is disappointing. I definitely do not recommend it and would not stay again.
