“Good”

The location is excellent! However, the linens need better cleaning—there were stains on the pillow covers and sheets. The staff were nice and changed them, but overall the linen wasn’t clean.

“Happy with location and food but not fair in terms of additional charges”

The food was available and the cleaning process was good, but even though I booked the room well in advance, I was charged an extra fee for early check‑in even though the room was vacant and not assigned to anyone else. After traveling nearly 1,000 km and arriving early, I expected some consideration from the hotel, especially since the room was available and unused by another guest. Charging an extra amount in such circumstances doesn’t feel fair or customer‑friendly; I understand hotels may have policies, but when the room is already vacant, some flexibility should be shown, particularly for a guest who has traveled so far.

Even though the place looks nice, the staff weren’t screened; as a couple we felt judged like criminals, and the front desk manager dragged the check‑in for almost 30 minutes.

“Horrible”

The location is good, but the GM was ridiculous; we never got rooms, had to wait in a cramped lobby that felt more like an office, and left without staying.
