The location is just steps from the center, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful with everything, even booking tours, and the building has a stunning terrace where you can watch the hot air balloons. We picked the suite with an in‑room pool, which I probably wouldn’t choose again—sleeping next to a pool feels like breathing chlorine and humidity, though they manage it well so you don’t notice it much. Also, our suite has no windows; there’s only a hole in the ceiling that I think connects to an air‑conditioning system, and the traffic noise from the road above echoes through it, which is a bit annoying.

“Pleasant stay”

The location is perfect, and we could see the balloons from the ground very clearly. Nothing else to add.

“exceptional stay”

Everything was great; the staff were very friendly, especially the night receptionist. I chose the hotel to celebrate my birthday, and everything turned out wonderful.

The breakfast was average, the location was good, the only plus was the view from the location. First of all, the terrace had nothing to do with the images posted on their Instagram page; it was in a terrible state. I’ll share photos with you – it was filthy and in complete disarray. A foul odor came from the sink area in our room and it persisted throughout our entire stay. Overall, we were not satisfied; for the same price, we could have stayed at much better hotels in the area.
