The staff were very kind. The shower in the room didn’t work well, including the way it was used.

The spa was great and looks gorgeous. The pool’s time limit was too late to start and too short to enjoy.

The hotel felt exclusive, only letting people who play golf in, and everything else cost extra. The food was ridiculously expensive, and the place was far from other options. Even if you don’t use the baths, there’s a hidden bath fee, and the building looks old and poorly maintained. Most of the problem was how we were treated – they clearly didn’t think we belonged there.
