Місцерозташування. Співробітники готові прийти на допомогу. Дуже маленькі номери, відсутні чайник у номері. Коли у тебе велика валіза, а номер в іншому корпусі на другому поверсі без ліфта - це складно

I liked how the staff worked; they were very attentive and helped with any questions about staying at the hotel.

It’s close to the train and bus station. Earplugs are needed, but that’s not a problem.

The bathtub in the bathroom is fine. The carpet quality and condition were poor—it was either dirty or heavily worn. The shower had limescale stains, meaning it hadn’t been replaced in a long time. There was constant noise in the bathroom, probably from another ventilation system or an industrial air conditioner. The TV in the “luxury” room was low quality, from 2008‑2012.
