The whole property, its location, its comfort, and a special shout‑out to Sakir for being very responsive and available. Nothing else.
“Horrible personnel qui inspi aucune confiance…”
The location is close to the city center and the town is very friendly. The receptionist doesn’t do his job, the hotel doesn’t match the advertised services, it looks like a dilapidated house that has been patched up… there is no duvet, you can hear everything happening at the reception and back and forth, the toilets are in the “room” 30 cm from the “pool”… there is electrical equipment near the pool which is unsettling, the pool ladder is broken, the sconces are patched, the tapware is older than the hotel, the floor is flooded in places because of leaks… it’s also flooded in front of the room door because the external AC unit is in the hallway next to the door, the TV is unusable, the neighboring houses are dilapidated, it feels like staying in a ghost town with a homeless person sleeping on the reception bench… the hotel door is open all night and finally, the receptionist calls you insulting several days after your stay because he forgot to charge you… he wants the client to give him their credit card number, he refuses to provide his IBAN or identity so you can pay by bank transfer or Western Union… it’s scary, I regret giving him my identity at check‑in, we’re afraid of being scammed, it’s really not professional… stay away.
