There is plenty of room, though the toilet seat kept slipping off to one side, yikes.

The place was clean and spacious, but there was no one on site, the heater wouldn’t shut off, we tried everything, and thank goodness it wasn’t hot outside so we just opened up windows; there are no gutters above the doorway, so during a rainstorm we got soaked from the dripping off the roof just punching in the code.

The location is perfect for easy quick access to the beach and downtown Long Beach, and it’s very private, but the place could have been cleaner upon arrival; the front of the oven and some dishes and silverware were dirty in the cabinets.
