Located in a restored 19th‑century building in central Rome, Sweet Dreams Roma offers air‑conditioned rooms with satellite LCD TVs, coffee machines, private bathrooms, free toiletries and hairdryers. The location is very good and the room is spacious. It’s clean. You can hear a lot of street noise and noise from other rooms. The cistern noise and the water in the bathroom are from very old facilities. The mattress is uncomfortable. We didn’t have a coffee maker, while other rooms did; the hair dryer didn’t work either. We paid for a late checkout after 9 p.m. without knowing it. Reception is never staffed; you have to send a WhatsApp message, and people only appear when guests are arriving.

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location, right in the center of Rome! We were able to walk all over including to the Colosseum to the trevi fountain and more. We had the most amazing host Giovanni! He is such a gem with wonderful hospitality and provided great tips on the area that we greatly appreciated, would 100% stay here again!
