The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with a wonderful view overlooking the city, and the outdoor patio was pleasant; it’s a short walk to Neruda’s house. The rooms are poorly acoustically isolated, the cement floors let you hear furniture being moved above and street noise is quite present, and the bathrooms are a bit run down.

“Estadía increíble con la mejor vista de Valparaíso.”

It was an extraordinary experience! The restaurant was excellent, the cuisine and wines were good, and the panoramic view of Valparaíso was spectacular; the hot water tanks on the top floor are a must-see, and breakfast stood out for its flavor and variety. Totally recommendable, I would definitely return. When we arrived, the room had a particular smell that disappeared after opening the window.

Overall everything was comfortable, spacious, and had a good view. When we entered room 204, there was a very strange odor that persisted each time we entered; we had to ventilate to reduce it. This isn’t a complaint, just a note so they can address it.

Breakfast was varied and exquisite, the hot tub offered a beautiful view of the bay, the ambiance was lovely, poetic, romantic, and enjoyable. No complaints.
