The room was cozy and a good deal, and the food tasted great. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for breakfast, which was included in the stay, and the staff apologized.

We ultimately didn’t stay because the guest house cancelled the booking after shifting their customer‑focus priorities. The cancellation was given very late notice.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The TV didn’t work properly, and there was only one chair in the room—two comfy chairs would be nice. We found something mouldy wrapped in foil wedged behind the TV, which we reported. The food and drinks are quite pricey, and it’s very dark near the tea‑making area, so a light would help.

The team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bedrooms looked tired; with a little TLC the accommodation would match the team.
