The only hotel I’ve had a problem with so far and I definitely don’t recommend it. Nothing was up to par. Cleanliness was only theoretical: the shower stayed full on the balcony for three days, and the linens and towels were never changed during that time. The in‑room mini‑fridge needed a much more careful cleaning, and there was mold in the wardrobe. The grout and tiles in the bathroom were also moldy. The furniture and space were inadequate: a huge wardrobe blocked access to the balcony. The bathroom was extremely small (about 1 m × 1 m) – it was impossible for a person to shower without splashing the toilet. The food was repetitive: the same dishes and desserts every day, a very disappointing experience.

Close to the beach and sea, food is very good and varied, very clean, courteous service and staff. The cabins on the two elevators are very small, which is a major inconvenience on a high‑rise hotel, especially on a high floor.

Every day they cleaned, but the food was pretty bland, almost a mini all‑inclusive with no real options. The room’s heating didn’t work, so it was useless, the curtain was torn, the walls were cracked, and the bathroom was awful—when I turned on the shower, the shower head even popped off. Overall it was a nasty experience and far from what we expected.

It was amazing staying in a Condor for a full week, food was super and acomodation too
